The development of our employees is the key to becoming the UK's leading provider of sustainable and affordable building solutions.   We are incredibly proud to have our very own Wienerberger Leadership & Management Academy - fondly known as WiLMA.   The Academy, which is also an ILM (Institute in Leadership and Management) approved centre, offers tailored leadership and management programmes - which also include degree level qualifications. This means that next to knowledge, colleagues can also gain credits towards their professional career.   The Wienerberger Academy is testament to the commitment our business has to developing our colleagues to achieve superior performance through continued professional development.

Our Wienerberger L&D Directory is a handbook of all courses available internally within the company. It encompasses all the training and development programmes available - which all employees of the company have access to.   Alongside WiLMA, our L&D Directory represents training in aspects of the business under the following categories: Leadership and Management (WiLMA) Information Technology Health and Safety  Continuous Improvement  Sandtoft Technical Training Commercial Training  L&D Directory programmes are designed to be highly participative, improve self-awareness, build capability and contribute to business success as well as help in the realisation of colleagues' career goals and aspirations.
