Using her travel and cultural experiences as design inspiration for residential communities and mixed-use neighbourhoods, providing opportunities for communities to develop and thrive. She was afforded the chance to engage in a variety of projects at the district, city, and regional levels, including those centred around residential and mixed-use developments, as well as significant multi-disciplinary endeavours.

An Architectural Technician with 25 years’ experience, Jayne has experience of the whole design process from initial feasibility through to site monitoring. Her favourite scheme to work on was the Hydes Brewery, a historic landmark converted to 73 apartments with retained period features which Jayne says is what makes conversions like puzzles; fitting modern living into existing space without removing the history and identity.
