Our facing bricks are made with clay, naturally found in river beds. The excavated clay is then ground and milled to make the particles a consistent size and shape, ready to be formed into bricks. The clay is shaped using either an extrusion or a soft mud mould technique, giving them their rectangular shape.

The bricks are then dried and fired at around 1000 degrees Celsius. This high temperature is what gives the finished clay facing brick its incredible strength and fire resistance. Once cooled and quality checked, the bricks are packaged ready to be shipped to merchants and developments across the country.
