Our facing bricks are made with clay, naturally found in river beds. The excavated clay is ground and milled to, making the particles a consistent size and shape. The milled, wet clay is shaped into bricks. This is usually done via extrusion and wirecutting, or by using moulds.

The bricks are then dried and fired at around 1000 degrees Celsius. This high temperature is what gives the finished clay facing brick its incredible durability and performance. Once cooled and quality checked, the bricks are packaged ready to be shipped.
