Orange facing bricks start with naturally-occuring clay, excavated from river beds. The raw clay is ground and milled to make the particles a consistent size and shape, before being shaped.

The clay bricks are then dried and fired at around 1000 degrees Celsius. This temperature is what gives the fired clay facing brick its incredible strength and fire resistance.

Once cooled, our facing bricks are quality checked and packaged, ready to be shipped to developers, architects and merchants across the UK.
